Sleep Apnea Treatment with Mandibular Advancement Devices
A mandibular advancement device (MAD) is a custom-fitted oral appliance designed to help treat certain types of obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. The appliance gently positions the lower jaw forward during sleep, helping to keep the airway open and improve airflow.
Our office provides customized oral appliance therapy for appropriate patients who are looking for an alternative to CPAP or who have difficulty tolerating CPAP therapy. Each appliance is designed specifically for your mouth and adjusted for comfort and effectiveness.
